· Diamond Jewelry: All diamond jewelry purchased from us is eligible for exchange or upgrade with 0% deduction after one year.
· Gold Jewelry: All gold jewelry can be exchanged or bought back at the spot market price after one year.
· Product Image Inaccuracy: If the product you receive differs slightly from the images shown at the time of order, you are eligible for a 100% refund.
